If you want to change anything in the summary, click on edit and select the answer you want to change by clicking on the pencil icon next to it. This opens the question and allows you to modify your answer. When you are done, click the button on the bottom right to proceed to the next question. This saves your answer and takes you back to the summary.
To review your answers, click on the link you received when starting the interview or the link you received after submitting your answers. After confirming your identity, you will see your summary.

The list you see when entering medication is based on an official database. However, it is possible your medication is not included in this list, for example if you use medication specially prepared by the pharmacist. You can just enter the name (or active ingredient) and continue adding medication.

The client reference is a unique number linked to a doctor’s practice or hospital. If you get this error message, check the link (URL) you have used to start the interview. An example of a correct link is:

If the link looks like the example above, there is probably an issue with the number in the Bingli database. Contact your doctor or hospital to let them know there is an issue with the client reference.

The interview automatically copies the language settings from your browser. You can change your preferred language in 2 ways:
- At the start of the interview, you can choose which language works best for you
- During the interview, you click the icon in the top right hand corner and choose a language from the drop down menu
Sometimes it can take a little while for the next question to load. If it takes longer than 1 minute to load, it is probably due to a technical issue. However, your answers are saved! Resume the interview after 5 or 10 minutes by clicking the link you received in your email and using the code sent to you.
