General questions

How do I save my input? 

Bingli automatically saves all input, so you do not have worry about loss of data. If you accidentally close your browser, lose your internet connection, refresh during the interview or experience technical difficulties, your previously entered data remains available. If you restart the interview with the provided link, you can resume the questionnaire from your last answered question. 

Can I stop and resume the questionnaire at a later time?

Yes, you can stop and resume at a later time. Your answers are saved automatically, so if you close your browser or lose your internet connection, simply click the link in the email you received. Then, use the code you have (or the code sent to your mobile phone number) to verify your identity. You can now resume the questionnaire from the last question you have answered. 

How much time do I have to finish the interview?

As much time as you need! For security purposes, a session ends after 1 hour of inactivity. So if you do not answer a question for an hour, you are automatically logged out. However, your previously entered data is saved. To continue your interview, follow the instructions on the screen if you did not close your browser or click the link in the email you received and enter the code. 

How much time do I have to edit my answers or personal data?

How do I change my answers?

If you are in the middle of an interview, you can click the button on the bottom to go back to a previous question. 

If you want to change anything in the summary, click on edit and select the answer you want to change by clicking on the pencil icon next to it. This opens the question and allows you to modify your answer. When you are done, click the button on the bottom right to proceed to the next question. This saves your answer and takes you back to the summary. 

Can I review (and edit) my answers at a later time?

To review your answers, click on the link you received when starting the interview or the link you received after submitting your answers. After confirming your identity, you will see your summary. 

If you want to change anything in the summary, click on edit and select the answer you want to change by clicking on the pencil icon next to it. This opens the question and allows you to modify your answer. When you are done, click the button on the bottom right to proceed to the next question. This saves your answer and takes you back to the summary. 

If you already finalized and submitted your answers, you will not be able to edit anything. 

Troubleshooting

I closed my internet browser, how can I resume my questionnaire?

Bingli automatically saves all input, so you do not have worry about loss of data and can easily resume the questionnaire where you left off. Simply click the link in the email you received and use the code you have (or the code sent to your mobile phone number) to verify your identity. You can now resume the questionnaire from the last question you have answered before. 

I cannot find the medication I am taking?

The list you see when entering medication is based on an official database. However, it is possible your medication is not included in this list, for example if you use medication specially prepared by the pharmacist. You can just enter the name (or active ingredient) and continue adding medication. 

I do not see any new questions?

Please verify you have a working internet connection. Next, you can check to see our services are still working by checking https://status.mybingli.com. If everything is working properly, please try again in 10 minutes. 

My client reference is not correct?

The client reference is a unique number linked to a doctor’s practice or hospital. If you get this error message, check the link (URL) you have used to start the interview. An example of a correct link is:

If the link looks like the example above, there is probably an issue with the number in the Bingli database. Contact your doctor or hospital to let them know there is an issue with the client reference.  

How do I change my language?

If you are in the middle of an interview, you can click the button on the bottom to go back to a previous question. 

The interview automatically copies the language settings from your browser. You can change your preferred language in 2 ways: 

  • At the start of the interview, you can choose which language works best for you 
  • During the interview, you click the icon in the top right hand corner and choose a language from the drop down menu 
The interview keeps loading and I cannot continue, what do I do?

Sometimes it can take a little while for the next question to load. If it takes longer than 1 minute to load, it is probably due to a technical issue. However, your answers are saved! Resume the interview after 5 or 10 minutes by clicking the link you received in your email and using the code sent to you.
